Gary Neville reckons Pep Guardiola has copied Sir Alex Ferguson's transfer strategy to help him win a host of trophies. Former Manchester United boss Fergie won 37 major trophies - including 13 league titles - during his glittering managerial career at Old Trafford.
Guardiola has won back-to-back titles with bitter rivals Manchester City en-route to becoming the most successful boss of the modern era.
Former United defender Neville believes much of Guardiola's success is down to the fact he has emulated Fergie in the transfer market.
