Gary Lineker has claimed that Jadon Sancho's Euro 2020 heartache with England could have played a part in his disastrous career at Manchester United.
The winger left United in January on loan to return to Borussia Dortmund until the end of the season. Having been frozen out by Erik ten Hag, Sancho's long-term future at Old Trafford continues to remain unclear.
Sancho had not played a single minute of football at United since August with his last appearance coming in the 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest on August 26.
A public spat with Ten Hag came after the defeat to Arsenal which saw the forward hit back at the Dutchman after his criticism of the 23-year-old's training performances.
