Arsenal youngster Gabriel Martinelli has suffered another setback during Tuesday's Carabao Cup clash with Manchester City. The 19-year-old started from the outset at the Emirates, marking his first start for the Gunners since he injured hisBut towards the end of the first period, Martinelli went down holding his ankle after colliding with City goalkeeper Zack Steffen.The Brazilian was lay on the ground, shirt over his face as medical staff conducted their tests - and fans held their breath.However, Martinelli decided he could play on with just a few minutes until half-time.Many expected the attacker to be withdrawn at half-time but were left surprised when he emerged for the second period.Mikel Arteta was then forced into a change two.
