A group of homes has been left with no water, phone and internet after contractors carrying out works in the area had a series of mishaps.
People living on the top half of Hopwood Street and on part of Ormerod Street in Accrington say they have been without phone and internet access since October 11.
According to LancsLive, BT Openreach have said the outage was caused by an overhead cable being hit by a third party moving heavy machinery, and the firm has apologised to affected customers.
