It will continue to 'feel warm' in Greater Manchester this week after a scorching weekend. Our region had one of the hottest days of the year so far on Friday as the mercury climbed to around 28C.
Conditions then felt warm and muggy on Saturday and Sunday as temperatures remained fairly high. Although it will not feel as hot as Friday, the Met Office predicts that it will largely continue to feel warm in our region this week.
After a cloudy and damp start to today (Monday), some sunny spells are forecast for this afternoon with highs of 20C. Wednesday will feel even warmer in Greater Manchester as the mercury reaches highs of 24C. More cloudy and sunny intervals are expected.
