Anne de Galard and Eric Garnet’s Paris-based animation company, GO-N Productions, has been acquired by Pascal Breton and Lionel Uzan’s fast-growing Federation Studios (formerly known as Federation Entertainment).
Established in 2004, GO-N’s credits include such series as Simon Super Rabbit, Lou!, Zip Zip and Tootuff. The company is hot off being named Producer of the Year at the recent edition of Cartoon Forum.
By joining Federation, GO-N becomes part of a group of 35 production companies in France and around the world, including Vertigo Films, Bonne Pioche and Cottonwood Media.
The companies benefit from Federation’s extensive global reach thanks to its in-house sales and distribution operations. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
