Michael Schneider Variety Editor at Large Former Good Caper Content exec Alison Dammann has joined Fremantle‘s Original Productions as head of development.

It’s a new job, but fills the oversight previously held by senior VP programming and development Jeff Bumgarner, who has moved into a new role as senior VP of new business development.

As development head, Dammann will oversee content development efforts including new linear TV, streaming and social platform projects.

She reports to Brian Lovett, exec VP at Original Prods. “Over the past few years, OP has continued to evolve, expanding into new genres of entertainment and embracing innovative ways of delivering content to viewers,” said Original Prods.
