This week was the 35th anniversary of one of the greatest ever fights between Marvin Hagler and Thomas Hearns. And the fact it lasted just three rounds and is considered one of the best proves just how great it was.
I remember the build-up to the 1985 clash and how we all expected a boxing match full of skill and craft. I was ringside just five years earlier when Hagler came to the UK and beat Alan Minter.
It was fitting the week in Vegas he sported a hat with the word 'War' on it. He was a ferocious fighter but also a very clever boxer.
Well, everything went out the window in those mad three rounds. Many big fights start off slow with all the pressure surrounding the big night.
