Four Lanarkshire schools gear up for rugby triumph at Scotstoun Stadium tournament

Young rugby players from four Lanarkshire schools are gearing up to ‘try’-umph at the home of Glasgow Warriors in the 2024 SP Energy Networks Warriors Championship next week.Biggar High School, Dalziel High School, Stonelaw High School and Strathaven Academy will compete with 19 others from across the country between February and May in a bid to take home the Championship title from Scotstoun Stadium.The Championship – now in its seventh year – was created by the Warriors and the electricity network operator to help improve access to grassroots level rugby.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
