Former Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay showed his appreciation to Napoli manager Antonio Conte after scoring the winner against Torino on Sunday.
The Scotland international departed Old Trafford in the summer as Ineos looked to drum up funds for previous boss Erik ten Hag.
While the Dutchman admitted he did not want to lose McTominay, he insisted that it was the right decision because of the monetary gains United could make from selling one of their homegrown players.
Completing the McTominay deal with Napoli meant the Reds could seal their move for defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte who has since made three Premier League starts.
