Celtic manager John Barnes has apologised after accidentally posting images from a porn video on Twitter. John, who managed the Hoops for eight months before being sacked in 1999, meant to post a picture with a quote from Mary Anne Trump about her son, US President Donald Trump.

But as it was evidently a screen shot, his camera roll was visible at the bottom of the now-deleted image and showed the sensitive content.

Barnes later took to Twitter once more to apologise, writing: "I have to apologise for any offence caused as I posted a Donald trump picture sent to me by a friend..
