Foo Fighters announce special guests for first Taylor Hawkins tribute show

Foo Fighters and Taylor Hawkins' family have announced the first set of names who will join them for a tribute concert in London this September.

The Wembley Stadium show is one of two tribute shows for the band's late drummer, who passed away earlier this year, age 50.

Joining Foo Fighters at Wembley on September 3 will be Liam Gallagher, QOTSA's Josh Homme, Chrissie Hynde, Queen’s Brian May and Roger Taylor, Rush’s Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, Supergrass, and Mark Ronson.

Comedian Dave Chappelle is billed as a special guest. Other names on the bill include Jane’s Addiction’s Chris Chaney, the Police’s Stewart Copeland, Omar Hakim, Rufus Taylor, Wolfgang Van Halen, and Hawkins' own cover band Chevy Metal.
