Floyd Mayweather responds to claims he has blown his $800m fortune

Floyd Mayweather has dismissed claims he will return to boxing because he has blown his fortune. The ring legend amassed earnings of close to $1billion during his 21-year professional career.

He hung up his gloves following his 10th-round stoppage of Conor McGregor in 2017 for which he pocketed close to $200million.

Mayweather has repeatedly been linked with a comeback fight against old rival Manny Pacquiao or UFC star Khabib Nurmagomedov.
