Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Catrin George, Animal Wellbeing Specialist at Animal Friends Pet Insurance has shared the five key signs to look out for that signal a happy cat.From purring to eye-movement and constant "kneading", these are the signs every cat lover should know to strengthen their feline relationships, as reported by Wales Online.According to Catrin, if your cat looks relaxed or sleepy when making eye contact, they are most likely expressing their love and contentment.“If you’ve ever noticed that your cat’s eyes appear to be half closed or spotted them blinking in slow motion, this is a key sign that they are happy", she explains"When a cat does this, they are trying to communicate that they are totally content in your company and that you’ve earned their trust - which can often be a big deal for cats.“However, be sure not to confuse this sign with a direct stare and narrowed eyes, as this can signal anger and mean your cat is feeling both threatened and defensive.
