First look at Jurassic Lanark as dinosaurs arrive in town

iOS - Android So far, some locals may have noticed a Brontosaurus settling in nicely on some bark next to a road in Lanark.Meanwhile, a Tyrannosaurus Rex has chosen a similar position and is looking fierce!

The event, named Jurassic Lanark, gives locals the chance to walk in the footsteps of some of the beasts which also include the Dromaeosaurus, Allosaurus and Velociraptor.

Hunters should also look out for a Pteranodon swooping overhead, whilst meeting some of the more friendly dinosaurs such as the Brachiosaurus, Triceratops, Brontosaurus and Stegosaurus.Some of the dinosaurs stand at over six metres tall.
