First Dates is moving from London to Manchester as part of a major makeover. The hit Channel 4 show has been filmed at a swanky eaterie in London over the last few years but is now being relocated outside of the capital.
The next series of the show will be set in new a restaurant with different staff. Maître d’ Fred Sirieix will move with the show along with some of the existing team, but they are set to be joined by some new faces.
The news was revealed by narrator Brian Protheroe, who explained First Dates is leaving the Paternoster Chop House in St Paul's and heading north.
