The emergency service will join 40,000 extra workers recruited by the NHS to ensure the maximum amount of Brits get vaccinated, it is claimed.It comes as the NHS launched plans to recruit thousands of people in a bid to train them to roll out Pfizer jabs.With the push, they intend to provide vaccinations to around one million people a day, it is reported.Alongside firefighters, retired doctors and nurses will join the trained army of workers as well as members of the Armed Forces, it is claimed.The government is also looking to recruit trainee doctors and nurses to ensure a record-breaking roll out, reports add.
