Shocking images show huge flames towering over the new build estate in the south side of the city. The cause of the fire is yet to be confirmed.Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the incident to the Daily Record later on Tuesday morning.While crews remain on the scene, the fire is now extinguished.Nobody was injured.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 2.59am on Tuesday, March 23, to reports of a building on fire in the vicinity of St Andrews Road at Brickfield Crescent, Pollokshields, Glasgow. “Operations Control mobilised four appliances.
