deadline.comCameras have started rolling on FING!, a family fantasy film starring Oscar winner Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit) and based on the bestselling children’s book from David Walliams.
The film is an AGC Studios production. The studio today revealed that Mia Wasikowska, Penelope Wilton, and Richard Roxburgh have joined the cast.
The film’s story follows librarians Mr. and Mrs. Meek, who will do anything to keep their darling daughter, Myrtle, happy. But it’s not enough for Myrtle who always wants more.
But when Myrtle declares she wants a Fing, her parents have no choice but to track one down, taking them to the furthest and darkest corners of the jungle.
