Film makers had lockdown idea to shoot apocalyptic TV series in Hamilton
dailyrecord.co.ukJoin thousands of others who have signed up for the Daily Record newsletter.A team of film makers are calling on the community to support local arts as they prepare to shoot their unique apocalyptic TV series in Hamilton.Set in various locations across the town, Vestigial will follow four young individuals surviving strange times while their life is turned upside down by a mysterious stranger.The crew are still in talks with networks to broadcast the show which will continue once the pilot is shot from July 20 – meaning it could be on national television by the end of this year.So far, confirmed filming locations in Hamilton include under the Cadzow Bridge next to the Town House, a wooded area at Cadzow Glen and the abandoned keeper’s house.
