Despite the FIFA 21 Future Stars promo still ongoing until Friday February 19 at 5.59pm, FUT fans are speculating that EA SPORTS could launch their third promo in a row this week, having launched the TOTY promo right before Future Stars.
Winter Refresh was launched as a FUT promo in FIFA 19, replacing Ratings Refresh. In FUT 19, the promo launched on Friday February 15 2019 and in FUT 20, the promo launched on Friday February 14 2020.
It's looking more and more likely that the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team Winter Refresh promo will start on Friday February 19 2021 at 6pm GMT, and is likely to end on February 26
