NHS has issued health advice after fans raised concerns over pictures of Prince Charles's swollen hands while pulling a pint.

The heir to the throne was recently in the suitably named Prince of Wales boozer in South London, visiting businesses in the area that had reopened after lockdown restrictions.But pouring himself a pint of bitter for a photo opportunity also meant a close up of his hands which were ballooned up.

Shocked fans of the prince took to Twitter as they wondered what was the cause, reported Gloucestershire Live. One worried follower tweeted: "I’ve never noticed the hands of Prince Charles until this photo!
