Fans react to Martin Compston in Traces - and they all say same thing

Martin Compston fans were delighted to see the Scots actor back on TV screens for the second season of Traces. Compston, best known for his role as Detective Inspector Steve Arnott in BBC's Line of Duty, plays forensic investigator Daniel MacAfee in the gritty crime drama.

The second season of the show kicked off with a literal bang, giving many viewers at home a fright, as the series follows the investigators catch the culprit behind the bombing.

The Greenock -born actor is joined alongside Three Girl's star Molly Windsor, Breaking Bad's Laura Fraser and Jennifer Spence.
