A family living next door to a huge rubbish pile that "smells like a sewer" say they were so fed-up they even contemplated moving house.
James Flanagan, 26, and mum Linda, 58, have had years of problems because of a neighbouring garden in Hall Green, Birmingham.
The mother-and-son say it took repeated pleas for help to Birmingham City Council to have a 30ft light-blocking hedge from next door cut down which damaged their garden fence.
Council workers removed the hedge last month only to reveal a huge pile of rubbish, including plastic bags, dozens of bike tyres, shopping baskets and a dumped fridge-freezer.
