The family of a man left fighting for his life in a hit-and-run collision are flying to Manchester from Romania to be at his hospital bedside.
Patrick Tartar was walking his dog, Buddy to a shop in Middleton at the time of the crash. He remains in a critical condition in a coma in hospital.
