The devastated family of a mum-of-five who died suddenly aged just 38 have spoken of their heartbreak. Devoted mum Danielle Sharp, who lived in Pontefract, was rushed to hospital after feeling dizzy, but her condition quickly deteriorated.
Tragically her husband was called, but Danielle died before he could get there. A postmortem confirmed that she had died of a pulmonary embolism - a blood clot, Grimsby Live reports.
The lunch supervisor at Cherry Tree Academy in Pontefract grew up in Grimsby, where emotional tributes were paid to her. A fundraising appeal has been set up to support her family.
Since Danielle's death, her loved ones say they have been inundated with heart-felt messages from people saddened by the news.
