The family of a man found dead in a set of bushes after being reported missing are desperate to find answers over his death.
Tanyaradzwa Matera, 43, was found dead in shrubbery on December 7, 2023. He had been declared missing since October 24 however by that time police believed he had been dead for over a week.
The Manchester Evening News reports Tanyaradzwa, also known as Julius, attended a party at a property in Great Cheetham Street West, in Salford.It is here where police believe he was stabbed to death.
His body ended up at the rear of the home partially obscured by a thicket of Japanese knotweed until he was discovered dead weeks later.His cousin, June Matera, remembered him as a 'remarkably friendly' man as she pleaded with the public to help the police to find answers.
