Philippe Clement is determined to see Rangers improvement – and Fabio Silva will have no problem getting up to speed with his Ibrox demands.The Wolves striker is set to move to Glasgow on a six-month loan deal, as he looks to reignite his career which started off brightly at Porto and earned him a blockbuster Premier League move.
He's since been on loan at Anderlecht and PSV, with conversations with Clement key to making him choose Rangers over other suitors.
One thing the Belgian has toldhis stars is "you need to be ambitious and take on lessons in order to improve". That is a trait Silva has in spades, as speaking to the Express and Star this year, he revealed the toll of criticism and sacrifice in his Wolves career.
He said: “I can tell you, in my second season here at Wolves, it was the most difficult season in my career. Sometimes I started to have doubts about myself and my football because of what people say, or things inside the club and the dressing room.“I tell the truth, sometimes there were difficult days at home and I cried alone.
