The two last known people to have been with missing teenager Jay Slater in Tenerife have since flown home to the United Kingdom.
Apprentice bricklayer Jay, from Lancashire, had been partying at the NRG festival before heading to an Airbnb rental north of the island with the two mystery men in the early hours of Monday, June 17.
His friend Lucy Mae Law, whom he travelled with to the Canary Island and was staying with just outside Playa de las Americas, said that the men were acquaintances that Jay had met following the three-day festival, the Mirror reports.
The pair, who reportedly didn't attend the festival, had rented a hire car to allow them to drive easily around the island and back to their remote holiday let, located just outside the village of Masca on the side of a mountain in the Rural de Teno national park.
