An events firm whose premises was left in ruins after a 'devastating' fire on Monday night (January 22) has now issued a public statement.
Visual Architects’ building, at the junction of Meadow Street and Stockport Road, went up in flames, with a number of homes evacuated nearby.
Emergency crews raced to the scene of the huge fire and remained there overnight, as residents spoke of the 'frightening' scenes that unfolded as 'explosions' were heard and plumes of smoke were seen for miles.
