Naman Ramachandran Korean music label At Area has added another talent to its growing roster with the signing of Evan, formerly known as Pluma.

The artist’s debut single under the new moniker, “Star Below (Feat. Ph-1),” is set for release on March 27, marking the beginning of what the label describes as a musical reinvention and evolution. “This new chapter is more than just a rebrand – it’s a reinvention,” said Evan. “With At Area, I have the freedom to explore new creative depths and showcase my artistry from a fresh perspective.

I’m excited for what’s to come and to share my new music with the world.” Known for his melodic rap style and emotionally charged lyrics during his time as Pluma, Evan’s new musical direction fuses alternative pop, electro pop and rock elements.

His sound draws inspiration from 2000s and 2010s pop icons while incorporating contemporary production techniques. At Area, founded by producer duo GroovyRoom (Hwimin and Iön), has established itself as a significant force in the Korean music industry.
