Eurovision act James Newman reckons chilling in an ice bath will boost his chance of victory.The singer, 35, suffers from anxiety and is worried he will be crippled by nerves before flying the flag for the UK in Rotterdam.So he plans to take the plunge in his hotel room hours before the May 22 contest to make sure he is on top form.He told the Daily Star Sunday: “I love ice baths.

I do them regularly. They always get me in the right frame of mind.“I get nervous before every performance. And I know that before Eurovision my body is going to be freaking out.“So I’ll be asking for fresh ice to be delivered every day and then I can do one in my hotel room.“I’ll do it before I go to perform.
