Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. Eurovision 2023: Ukraine’s President Zelensky Banned From Addressing Contest Audience Of Millions

Ukraine was unable to host the 67th Eurovision Song Contest due to the war taking place inside the country. Now President Zelensky has been banned by the host BBC and other international broadcasters from addressing the huge audience at the event.

The Times reports that the Ukrainian president had asked to make an appearance during the Grand Final on Saturday May 13th, but his request has been rejected by organizers.

The paper reports that Zelensky had been expected to press for international support for his country in the face of Russia’s ongoing invasion, but that the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has always insisted that no political statements be made during the performances – something enforced by the EBU’s ‘Reference Group’ – and this extends to speeches beyond the music.

An EBU spokesperson said:  “The Eurovision Song Contest is an international entertainment show and governed by strict rules and principles which have been established since its creation.
