Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has already explained how Jurrien Timber would have a positive impact on the Old Trafford dressing room.

Problems within the United squad have been reported for some time with the likes of Roy Keane and Gary Neville calling for the club to fix said issues before they have any chance of making progress.

United's dressing room will look a lot different next season to the one Ralf Rangnick inherited during his interim tenure. The likes of Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Nemanja Matic and Juan Mata have all announced their departures in recent weeks.

These players will need to be replaced by Ten Hag and the Dutchman will need to recruit the right personalities if he is to enjoy a successful first season in charge.
