Emily Longeretta 10PM Curfew, a social-first publisher that owns and operates over 60 lifestyle channels, has acquired the celebrity entertainment news site HollywoodLife.com.

The website, created by Bonnie Fuller, was acquired by media company Factz only seven months ago in August. “Over the past year, we have been diligently searching for the perfect complimentary acquisition target.

Hollywood Life is incredibly additive to our strategy and given it’s a premium legacy media brand it has immense potential to scale as a social-first publisher,” Raz Romanescu, CEO of 10PM Curfew, said in a statement. “We are committed to collaborating with the talented team to exponentially grow the brand and provide our followers with even more captivating content.” 10PM Curfew delivers content tailored to Gen Z and Gen Alpha mindset females.

With the addition of Hollywood Life’s audience, they company’s combined reach will surpass 70 million. Their other channels include @girls, @style, @makeup and @females. “Hollywood Life, one of the premier sources for entertainment enthusiasts, offering real-time news updates, exclusive celebrity interviews, and more, will now integrate into 10PM Curfew’s robust network of digital properties,” the press release reads. “Furthermore, this integration will enhance the company’s 360-degree marketing offering for brands, including advertorials, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, press coverage, and more.” Hollywood Life was launched by Fuller in 2009, partnering with Penske Media Corporation.
