Manchester City have learned that the hearing into 115 alleged breaches of Premier League financial rules will begin on Monday, September 16.
City, who strongly deny the allegations, will face a range of serious punishments if found guilty of the breaches of Premier League rules.
The Premier League could impose sanctions ranging from a huge fine, points deductions or potential relegation and expulsion from the top flight of English football.
The club is alleged to have broken the Premier League's financial rules over a nine-year period starting from 2009, as well as being accused of failing to provide accurate financial information.
