Emmerdale fans have been left freaked out after watching Thursday night's episode of the soap opera as serial killer Meena Jutla broke the fourth wall by speaking to viewers.
Meena, who is played by Paige Sandhu, could be seen sitting in jail in grey joggers as she read a verse from the Bible out loud. "The Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome, but kind of to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponent with gentleness," she started as the scene flicked from herself to vicar Charles Anderson, who is played by Kevin Mathurin.
In scenes with the vicar, he could be heard saying he could maybe "help in some way" as Meena has hurt several people, including Manpreet Sharma, played by Rebecca Sarker.
