Emmerdale's Jeff Hordley, known for his iconic role as Cain Dingle, has opened up about his concerns regarding his future on the show amidst the heart-wrenching Valentine's Day drama in the village.The soap left fans biting their nails with its gripping limousine crash storyline that kicked off on Friday night.
While it's still a mystery which car plunged into the icy depths, viewers are aware that one character won't make it out alive, and another will find themselves trapped beneath the ice.The cast and crew are keeping mum until the big reveal next week, but James Hooton, who plays lovable Sam Dingle, couldn't resist dropping some hints.
In an interview, he shared his excitement: "When I first read these scenes, I was really pleased to be a part of it. Sam is quite often there for the light relief so when the atmosphere goes dark it's good to have that release of someone lighter and more comedic on hand." He then tantalisingly added: "The way they got the limo to sink into the ice was amazing and some of the action as it goes down is truly distressing.
