Recently, in a dramatic turn of events, Moira was diagnosed with a brain tumour after displaying unusual behaviour and experiencing seizures.
The tumour, known as a meningioma, leads to memory loss, seizures, confusion, and other symptoms. The diagnosis understandably devastated the Dingle family, including Moira's husband Cain (Jeff Hordley), reports Leeds Live.
