Emmerdale fans 'work out' blackmail twist as David discovers Leyla's drug battle

Emmerdale was full of drama on Tuesday night as Leyla Harding's drug secret was finally exposed on the ITV soap. Viewers will recall that Leyla has been using cocaine for the past few weeks after getting close to newcomer Suzy Merton, who has since distanced herself from Leyla and left the village.

During Tuesday's episode, Leyla, who has been acting out of character, lost Kim Tate as a client at her wedding planner business Take A Vow.

Furious about losing Kim, especially as she now has to pay back the deposit, Leyla decided to use cocaine but she was caught red handed by ex David Metcalfe.
