Fans of the ITV show have become increasingly concerned for the character as she prepares to tie the knot with Tom following his unexpected return to the village last year.
Belle pulled off her own Christmas proposal for Tom after her first attempt was scuppered. She enlisted the help of Leyla Cavanagh who was owed a favour by none other than Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who Tom happens to be a huge fan of.
The Olympic legends performed their gold medal-winning Bolero routine in front of Tom's very eyes before Belle appeared and dropped to bended knee to ask her boyfriend to marry her after she turned him down back in October.
