ITV Emmerdale fans threatened to 'switch off' on Tuesday evening after a karaoke session in the Dales pub, the Woolpack. Gail (Rachael Gill-Davis) was fronting a special event where the likes of Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley)and Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) took to the mic.
But the scenes left fans all saying the same thing, as they didn't take to the singing too well, with one writing to X: "Omg Gail! ! !
Shut up singing #Emmerdale." Another person said: "Swirling needs to bust down the saloon doors and arrest Gail for crimes against music #Emmerdale," while someone else wrote: "Just had to leave the room to have my ears rearranged after that dubious karaoke performance #Emmerdale." But viewers were left even more stunned when Vanessa used the occasion to try and win back her partner Suzy (Martelle Edinborough).The pair had split up before she moved to Canada but Vanessa is now doing her best to get her back - leaving Mary, who has taken a liking to Suzy, devastated.
Actress Michelle previously teased there would be a love triangle ahead for Vanessa, Suzy and Mary. Speaking about upcoming episodes, she said: "Vanessa's back now and where we left it, relationship wise, we left it on a on a very positive note with Suzy.
