One week on since Caleb Miligan’s plan to steal Kim Tate’s fortune was rumbled by the entire Dingle clan, it’s safe to say that the long-lost son of Frank Tate and Faith Dingle hasn’t been the most popular person in the Emmerdale village.
Who could blame them, when the scheming businessman had lied to his relatives, forced his gay son to marry Kim’s pseudo daughter-in-law and even thrown his brother’s farm under the bus as part of the deal.
Needless to say, this week, Caleb is still far from popular among the residents of the sleepy village of Emmerdale. Yet despite his attempts to build bridges with those he had wronged, the rural pariah has still been given the cold shoulder by many of the village residents, including those he calls family.
One person however, who hasn’t given him his marching orders is cousin Charity Dingle, who is also the mother of his nephew Noah.
