Caleb (played by Will Ash) revealed that he and his wife Ruby Fox-Milligan (portrayed by Beth Cordingly) have a daughter named Stephanie during a hospital confrontation with Ruby's mother Helen Fox (Sharon Maughan).
While ITV soap viewers have been introduced to the couple's son Nicky Miligan (Lewis Cope), Stephanie has never appeared on screen and has scarcely been mentioned, save for one previous conversation where Caleb alluded to having more than one child.
This week, Helen was depicted inquiring about her granddaughter Stephanie, questioning whether Caleb is currently involved in her life.
