Georgina passed away on January 4th, but the news has only just been shared. Later in her career, she received a Laurence Olivier Award nomination for her role in the theatre production Steaming.
She was listed as one of the top 10 British character actors by The Guardian in 2010. Georgina faced personal tragedy throughout her life.
She lost her mother when she was just 18, and her father passed away four years later. She was married to actor John Forgeham in 1964, but they divorced in 1969.
