Emma Wills told fans some good news about her and husband Matt and was flooded with support. Emma said they’d “just found out” Matt’s BBC documentary about his addiction struggles is up for an award.
Fans were emotional watching the programme when it aired last year as the Busted star opened up about his “darkest days” and explored what was behind his own, and other people’s addictions.
Emma had shared her worry on the show that Matt could relapse and she was in tears as she admitted that she and her husband rarely spoke about the his issues before they filmed the documentary.
In the programme, Matt Willis: Fighting Addiction, she also opened up on what it was like for her in the early days of their relationship and when he relapsed after Busted’s 2016 reunion, as writes MEN.She said: "You live in it so much when it happens that once you’re through it, it’s such a [bleeping] relief that you don’t want to go back and talk about it."She added: "Living with someone with addiction is unpredictable and anxiety-inducing.
