In her own words, Emily, 30, tells us the biggest lessons she's learnt in life. Laughing in the face of adversity is how my family deals with problems. Because of that, my way of thinking when working or planning anything is always, ‘Will this be a laugh?’.
If the answer is no, I’m not doing it. I’ve always got in trouble for laughing when I shouldn’t have been. Always keep your mental health in check. It’s very easy for me to tell everyone to keep laughing, but I’m aware, especially at the moment, terrible things are happening to people.
