Emergency crews raced to a block of Edinburgh flats amid an ongoing incident.At least four Scottish Fire and Rescue appliances and a Scottish Ambulance Service incident support vehicle have been pictured at the scene on Cables Wynd in Leith tonight, Tuesday, October 31 at around 9pm.

One concerned resident told Edinburgh Live that they heard 'shouting' from the area.
