Elliot Page Attends TIFF 2023 to Premiere His First Movie in Six Years
justjared.comElliot Page is back on the red carpet for his film career! The 36-year-old actor attended the premiere of his movie Close to You, his first feature film in six years, at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday (September 10) in Toronto, Canada.
In Close to You, “Sam (Page) hasn’t been home since his transition, and after four years in Toronto, he takes a long-dreaded trip back to Cobourg for his father’s birthday.
On the train there, he runs into Katherine (Hillary Baack), a friend from high school with her own complicated life now, and feelings from their unresolved past begin to bubble to the surface. Elliot was joined at the premiere by Hillary and their director Dominic Savage.
