Eight out of 10 want Boris Johnson to resign as Prime Minister, survey finds

Boris Johnson has come under severe pressure from the findings of the 'partygate' report, with 82% of people out of more than 1,200 people calling for his resignation in a Manchester Evening News survey.

The Sue Gray report looked into 16 events that took place over a dozen dates between May 2020 and April 2021, and highlighted "failures of leadership and judgement" from the PM.

In our survey, 91% of participants called for the Sue Gray report, which stated that parties "should not have been allowed to take place", to be published in full.
